With over 40 years experience in the restaurant industry, Chef Louie has been bringing the best possible ingredients to your table. He grew up in New York City and began his culinary career as a dishwasher and eventually made is way up to the head of the top kitchens in the city. Also studying at the C.I.A and having spent 5 years in Italy, he mastered his craft and now with Louie's Lasagna he brings to the best italian cooking has to offer.

Chef Mark joins Louie's Lasagna as the master of the pasta. His love of pasta is more than life its self he says and once you taste what he can create you will certainly become a believer in his claim. Growing up LA, he moved to NYC to join the best of the best where he took pasta to a new level.
Chef Antonio
Sous Chef
Antonio has been working in kitchens since he was 14 and has been cooking since he was half that. He brings a wide array of talents to the kitchen at Louie's Lasagna and adds the perfect touch to every dish. He traveled Europe for 3 years learning as much as he could but of course found his love for real Italian cuisine when he finished his trip in the southern part of the country. His contagious smile and lovable personality makes him a favorite among diners and he is known to pop out of the kitchen to say hello to every table.
